What we do

 Carleton Connections is partnered with Arise work from home, representing a number of large UK based companies in providing contact centre solutions.  Put simply, working with Arise and Carleton Connections, you can work from home, choosing your own hours to fit around your life.  Opportunities available include taking inbound calls, responding to live chat and email enquiries, or technical support.  There is no cold calling or hard selling, but there are opportunities to make more money by achieving certain targets, such as responding to a certain number of enquiries, achieving certain sales targets or keeping to certain average call times.  


Working from home
One of the great things about working with Arise and Carleton Connections is the true flexibility offered.  You book your schedule in advance, in 30 minute segments, so you can fit around what's important to you - whether it be collecting your children from school, hobbies, other work or family time.  Every hour you select you're paid for, but don't forget to make time for comfort breaks and meals, for example don't select a straight 10 hours as you'll be expected to working the full 10 hours!!  For more information, check our website, Carleton Connections

Do I enjoy what I do, and would I register and train all over again?

Hey all, I hope you are all keeping safe and warm in this wintry weather!  I was asked today by a potential new agent the question, "Do you enjoy what you do, and would you sign up again given the chance?" To this, I was able to give an easy answer: "Yes I do, and yes I would 😀" OK, so you might be thinking obviously she would say this, but I can back this up with a few reasons and some may be relevant to you, if you're thinking of getting in touch and still aren't sure. Now, if you asked me "Is your job perfect and do you ever have any problems?"  Then my answer would have to be, "No it isn't, and yes I do" , but I don't think anyone can hand on heart say that they are in a perfect work situation.
